This will be my first FINS review of Sangoma since Feb of 2023. I wasn’t overly impressed then and here is my summary from two and a half years ago:
Three days after that review, this happened.
The stock price is in a very similar range as it was two and a half years ago. YTD the company is down about 8%, but the stock has traded in the range of $5.80 and $11.50, closing last Friday at $7.10.
While I have not reviewed their financials for over two years, I have written about them in a couple of my ‘WWW - What’s Wolf Watching’ monthly articles. The first came after I sat through their presentation in Vegas. That presentation was given by their current CEO, Charles Salameh who has been at the helm for two years. This was my initial impression from my April article.
In my latest September WWW article, I suggested STC could be turning the tide with improved cash flow and significant debt reduction and could be an interesting buy zone opportunity in the $7.50 range. With the stock retreating on their annual earnings last week and sitting at $7.10 this morning, how do I feel about them now? Let’s find out.
